Gemma Hope

Gemma is a Solicitor based in Sussex who specialises in Family Law and deals with an expansive range of children issues, such as residency, contact, removal from jurisdiction and parental responsibility.

Gemma obtained a first class honours in the Family Law elective at Sheffield University, where she also attended the Legal Practice Course at Sheffield University and secured a postgraduate diploma in Legal Practice with a distinction. After leaving academia, Gemma trained with Mayo and Perkins, and upon qualification as a Solicitor in 2006 joined the Mayo Wynne Baxter Family Law Team in 2006.

Gemma is committed to the constructive, cost effective resolution of family disputes. Gemma promotes a non-confrontational approach to family problems and focuses on solutions that are in the best interests of any children. Gemma is a member of Resolution.
