Subpoenas and requests for information

My Offspring Limited are more than happy to provide our users and subscribers with their respective records, however, due to our privacy policy you will not receive the other parent's or any other persons associated with any child’s group you may be involved in’s private information in that report.

Upon presentation of an appropriate court order issued by the appropriate authorities, we will also hand over the in the court order stated relevant material to the appropriate authorities.

• For electronic material: a “electronic sending” fee of £0.20 per 1 KB send material.
• We reserve the right to invoice additional fees for bulk copying or other unusual requests.

(All fees are exclusive of value added tax – or VAT).

Should you wish to contact us about requesting records you will be directed to this policy and advised to produce a valid subpoena prior to the issuance of a cost invoice.
